Living with the Slope
The guiding idea was to design three self-contained homes that share a common architectural language while maintaining their own identity. Each unit plays with clean lines and strategic openings to maximize natural light and ensure privacy.
Human-Scaled Living
The houses are intentionally compact and clearly defined, each organized around a central core. This layout encourages functional circulation, efficient use of space, and a strong connection to the outdoors. Subtle shifts in orientation allow each home to benefit from natural light throughout the day, while also offering a unique perspective on the surrounding landscape.
Warm Minimalism
A restrained palette of light-toned render, natural wood accents, and discreet fenestration creates a calm and timeless atmosphere. The emphasis on texture and proportion over decorative excess reinforces a sense of warm minimalism throughout.
Grounded Living
Rather than follow the model of oversized suburban housing, this project explores a more grounded vision of living compact, efficient, and human-scaled homes embedded meaningfully within their site. It redefines comfort through clarity and intention.
